What you're buying
Henry writes a seven-day dog enrichment plan from your answers. Answering the questions and seeing Monday is free. A single payment of $4.99 (USD) unlocks the full week, a six-week progression and a PDF for that plan. You can edit your dog's details later and the plan is rewritten at no extra cost.
Payment, subscriptions and cancelling
Payment is a one-off charge processed by Stripe. There is no subscription, no free trial that turns into a charge, and nothing to cancel.
Refunds
If something has gone wrong with your purchase, or the plan doesn't suit your dog, email hi@henrydog.app with the email address you paid with and we'll work it out with you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund or remedy if the service has a major problem.
Access to your plan
Your plan lives at a private link. Anyone with the link can open it, so keep it to yourself. If you lose it, "Restore purchase" emails the link to the address you paid with.
Not veterinary or behavioural advice
Henry gives general enrichment ideas. It isn't veterinary advice and it isn't a treatment for behaviour problems such as separation anxiety, aggression or reactivity. You know your dog best: supervise activities, stop anything that seems to cause pain, stress or over-excitement, and check with your vet before starting new physical activity if your dog is a puppy, a senior, overweight, or has any health condition. Sudden behaviour changes can have a medical cause.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, attempt to access other people's plans, or copy the content for commercial use. The guides are free to read and link to.
