Getting started

Free dog enrichment printables

Two free printables to make enrichment a habit: a 30-day challenge with one small activity a day, and an enrichment menu to stick on the fridge so you never have to think of something on the spot. Both are A4 PDFs, and you don't need to sign up for anything.

30-day dog enrichment challenge

One activity a day for a month, 5 to 15 minutes each, with a tick box for every day and four rest days. Page two explains how to do each one.

The challenge mixes sniffing, foraging, thinking, chewing and play across each week, so your dog gets variety without you having to plan it. Days build gently: early days are easy wins, and later ones ask a little more.

How to get the most out of them

  1. Print it and put it where you'll see it: the fridge, by the lead or next to the kettle.
  2. Tie it to something you already do, like breakfast. Same time every day makes it stick.
  3. Use part of your dog's daily food for treats, so a busy day doesn't add calories.
  4. Stop while they still want more. Short and fun beats long and frustrating.
  5. Adjust for your dog. Skip jumping and rough games for puppies, seniors and dogs with joint problems.

Need instructions for an activity? Every one has a free guide in our activity library, including snuffle mats, scatter feeding, DIY puzzles and frozen food toys.

Sharing and printing

You're welcome to print as many copies as you like for your own dogs, and to share the link to this page. Trainers, shelters and rescues are welcome to hand out printed copies to their clients and adopters, as long as they aren't changed or sold.

Nikola Rosic Founder of Henry and Henry's owner

Nikola lives with Henry, a Hungarian Vizsla, and wrote his weekly enrichment plan by hand for months before turning it into this app. Not a vet or a qualified behaviourist: the guides draw on everyday experience with a high-drive gundog and on published guidance from animal welfare organisations, which is linked where it is used.

Frequently asked questions

Are the printables really free?
